Ian’s Approach

It’s about a feeling. That is what you are seeking. A feeling. You find it in life, but not often enough. Not consistently. Yet, you know what this feeling is, and you know you want to be present with this feeling more often.

Some people call it peace of mind. Others, insight. This feeling can be accessed and it can be something that you experience with regularity.

That is what you and I can find together.

Through my philosophy of health, I offer a path to understanding, forgiveness and a life lived more often in this good feeling.

Ian’s Mission

To challenge the traditional therapeutic model.

My goal is for you to not need me to be your therapist or life coach for life. You have everything you need.

I want you to gain insights about how you can shape your world, moment to moment. Using what you learn from our work together as a sustainable guiding path to one day... no longer need me.
